Digital Products
Digital products, including PDF guides and audio collections, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital product, contact us within fourteen days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download link.
Physical Products
If we offer physical products in the future, they may be returned within thirty days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. The timing of credit appearing on your statement depends on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

- Products purchased more than thirty days ago.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
